Student application procedure for SSCAA Mentoring service
Step-1) On Home Page, click “Membership Application” icon and apply for STUDENT membership (free for mentee applicants). Upon completion of application, student will be granted a Web Directory account.
Step-2) Logon to the Directory using the Web Directory account.
Step-3) Select “Files for Download” and download selected file. Follow the procedure as outlined in the file.
Miss Stella Chiu wins the APEGBC 2007 Young Professional Award
Miss Stella Chiu is the recipient of the inaugural 2007 Young Professional Award. This is a very prestigious award given by the Association of Professional Engineers in British Columbia (APEGBC) in Canada on an annual basis. It is part of the APEGBC President’s Awards (six categories) which are BC’s top awards for professional engineers and professional geoscientists to recognize outstanding professional, technical and community contributions by its members. The awards program was started in 1965 and there have been about 230 recipients over the last 42 years. The Young Professional Award is a new category in 2007. This award recognizes exceptional achievements by the recipient in three key areas: work-related achievements, service to the profession and service to the community. The recipient also must be no older than 35 years of age on the date of the award presentation. Nominations are submitted without the knowledge of the candidates.
Arts teacher Wong Ping-kwong featured in Richmond newspaper
Wong-sir is a prominent Richmond artist, famous for his pottery. He is featured in a local newspaper on 30 November 2007.

If you graduated as a Form 5 or 7 student in the summer of 2007, then you are eligible for the special concessionary membership offer – HK$0, HK$0, HK$0 and HK$0 for four years (until August 2011) ! To qualify, simply (1) visit www.sscaa.org and complete the online Membership Registration Form, (2) select “Friends Member” (no voting right), (3) enter “2007” as your Year Departed, and (4) enter “S5” or “S7” as your Form Last Attended.
