NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Annual General Meeting of St.  Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited will be held on Saturday, 23 September 2023, at 6:00pm (registration   from   5:15 p.m.) at 25/fl., Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road, Central for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited held on 15 September 2022 (at Appendix I);

2. To receive the President’s report of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited for 2022 to 2023

3. To receive the audited accounts of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited for the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023;

4. To elect Members of the Executive Committee for 2023 to 2024;

5. To appoint Sammy Chan & Co as the auditor of St. Stephen’s College

   Alumni Association Limited for the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024; and

6. Any other business.

SSC 120^th & SSCPS 85^th Anniversary Gala Dinner: Good news

As registrations to join the Gala Dinner are rolling in we are very pleased to advise that the Early Bird Discount deadline is extended to 30 September 2023 to enable more alumni and guests to enjoy the discounted rate to join and celebrate the momentous occasion.

Moreover, we are very excited to have invited 3 very famous and talented young professional singers, who are also our alumni and current student, to perform for us at the Gala Dinner:
