The EGM held on 14June had formally approved the following resolutions:

1. That St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association be incorporated by forming a company limited by guarantee to be known as St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited to take over all the assets, liabilities and undertakings of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association.
2.  That St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited be formed with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Association as appears in the final form.

新一季的Football Seven 2012 – 2013已經開始接受首輪報名。由現在起直至7月31日止，領隊須提交一份共有最少七位球員的初步名單，及至8月15日再提交正式名單。去季有參賽的球隊 可獲優先預留席位。有關報名的具體事宜，可電郵往sscaafc@gmail.com 、或聯絡Benny Lam(bennylam1688@hotmail)查詢。期待與大家在新球季於Big Field見面！

Please note that SSCAA Dragon Boat Team is participating in this year’s dragon boat race at Stanley main beach on 23 Jun 2012.  All alumni and members are welcomed to cheer for our team!

Detailed arrangements as follows:

– 8:30 am : group photo with Sponsor at SSC Hostel
– 9:00 am : leave SSC, go to Stanley main beach
meeting point – SSCAA tent ( position to be advise within this week )
– 9: 57 am : RACE 14, Cheer for SSCAA dragon boat team !!!

Parking arrangement :

The college is very considerate and able to offer alumni who has pre-registered to park in the campus on event day.  For those who need parking arrangement, please provide the following information:

– Name
– SCCAA membership card no. ( if any )
– the car plate no.

Please note that the deadline for parking arrangement is June 18 and that all cars must leave campus by 530 pm
