Date: Friday, 26th August 2010

Time: 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm (6:15 – 6:30 for Registration)

Venue: King’s Cuisine 6/F, Windsor House, 311 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay

Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting:

(1) To replace the Constitution of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association with the Memorandum & Articles of Association of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited

A copy of the Constitution of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association and the Memorandum & Articles of Association of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited are available for your reference. A note explaining the major changes between the current constitution and the proposed Memorandum and Articles of Association can be found here

Time: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm for AGM (7:00-7:15 for Registration)

8:30 pm to 10:00 pm for dinner (optional)

Venue: King’s Cuisine 6/F, Windsor House, 311 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay

Agenda of the Annual General Meeting:

(1) To present the President’s Report & Awards

(2) To present the Honorary Secretary’s Report

(3) To present the Honorary Treasurer’s Report

(4) To elect the Executive Committee & Office Bearers for 2011-12

(5) Any other business

(6) To dissolve the 2010-11 Executive Committee and to transfer office to the 2011-12 Executive Committee
