Venue: Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course (South Course)

Date : 29th May 2015 (FRI)

Time : First flight will start at 12:00 noon, (Brunch at 10:30 a.m. , Prize presentation and dinner at around 5:30 p.m.). Dinner at Mike’s Chicken Comida de Portugal, Shop No 43-45, G/F., Hoi Pong Street, Sai Kung.

Fees: $1,200 for members, $1,400 for non-members Inclusive of 18-hole round, golf cart, brunch and dinner. Limited flights, so first come first served! Non-players are welcome to join dinner at the costs of $250.

Format of Play : Texas Scramble (Best Ball)

NOTICE is hereby given THAT Annual General Meeting of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited will be held on FRIDAY 26 September 2014 at 7:30pm (registration from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm) at King’s Cuisine Restaurant, 6/F., Windsor House, 311 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong for the purpose of transacting the following business :

To approve the minutes of Annual General Meeting of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited held on 23 August 2013;
To receive the President’s report of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited for 2013 to 2014;
To adopt the audited accounts of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited for the period from 8 August 2012 (date of incorporation) to 30 June 2013 and from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014;

Update on AGM 2014

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SSCAA MEMBERS

The Executive Committee (‘Excom’) of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Ltd (‘SSCAAL’) would like to advise our members that we target to hold this year’s Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) on 26th September 2014 at 7 pm. We have been advised by SSCAA’s auditors that the audited financial statements should be available by then and these will be presented to members at the AGM. We hope more members will be able to attend in September after their summer break.

Once we have received confirmation about the audited financial statements, formal notice of the AGM will be sent to members. In the meantime, please kindly reserve 26th September 2014 evening for the AGM.

The positions of the President, 2 Vice Presidents, Honorary Secretary, Honarary Treasurer and 10 Excom members will be open for elections at the AGM. If you are interested in serving SSCAA in these capacities in 2014-2015, please contact our current Honorary Secretary Timon Shum by e-mail at timonshum@gmail.com who will pass your personal profile for members’ reference.

2014 CNY Dinner – Acknowledgements

Our 2014 CNY dinner was held on March 9 2014 at the Police Officers’ Club at Causeway Bay with attendance of over 200 alumni. SSCAA took the opportunity to launch our new alumni premium which included among others newly designed cuff links and pins, caps and umbrellas. We also raised funds for the Alumni Association.

We would like to acknowledge efforts of our volunteers: Sky Chan, Vincent Fong, Elaine Lau, Alan Lo, Lo Man Ki, Rex Kwok, Danny Ng, 浦進, Sandy Shum, Eric Tang, Stephen Wan, Dickens Wong and Vicky Wu.
