The EGM held on 14June had formally approved the following resolutions:
- That St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association be incorporated by forming a company limited by guarantee to be known as St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited to take over all the assets, liabilities and undertakings of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association.
- That St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association Limited be formed with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Association as appears in the final form.
