Notice is hereby given that the 73rd Annual General Meeting of St. Stephen’s College Alumni Association is to
be held:
Date: Friday, 20th August 2010
Time: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm for AGM (7:00-7:15 for Registration)
8:30 pm to 10:00 pm for dinner (optional)
Venue: King’s Cuisine
6/F, Windsor House, 311 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay
Agenda of the Annual General Meeting:
(1) To present the President’s Report & Awards
(2) To present the Honorary Secretary’s Report
(3) To present the Honorary Treasurer’s Report
(4) To elect the Executive Committee & Office Bearers for 2010-11
(5) Any other business
(6) To dissolve the 2009-10 Executive Committee and to transfer office to the
2010-11 Executive Committee

We encourage all Voting members to attend the Annual General Meeting, to share your opinion, to offer yourself
for election, and to cast your vote on the future directions. If you cannot attend, you may wish to consider signing
your Proxy to your designated representative whom can be present personally.
To assist in the dinner logistics, we will appreciate it if you could complete the Dinner Reservation Slip and
return it by fax (852) 3005 7707 or by email sscaa@sscaa.org no later than Monday, 16th August 2010.
